TeenNick to Air ’90s Programming

All ThatIf you miss the 90′s Nickelodian staples that you grew up on, have no fear, they are coming back. TeenNick is going to start airing shows such as Rugrats, Kenan & Kel, The Adventures of Pete & Pete, The Amanda Bynes Show, All That and Clarissa Explains it All. No Salute Your Shorts or Are You Afraid of the Dark?

The network will air them in a new midnight-to-2 a.m. programming block entitled The ’90s Are All That.

“At the time, we were completely devoted to that audience ages 9, 10, and 11,” Keith Dawkins, senior VP and general manager of TeenNick, tells EW. “It was ground-breaking and for the young viewers, a powerful and pivotal time in their lives. Those kids who are now 22, 23 and 24 want to bring that back.”

Now if we can just get ABC to do something similar with TGIF programming on ABC Family I will be a happy TV addict.
