NBC is continuing their batch of renewals by ordering new episodes of Chuck and Chase.
Chuck, the action-comedy that has fought cancellation rumors numerous times, will get an additional 11 episodes, bringing the total up to 24 for the season.
“‘Chase’ has introduced an appealing new star to television audiences in Kelli Giddish and we think it has potential to grow,” said Angela Bromstad, president, primetime entertainment, NBC and Universal Media Studios. “We also are glad that ‘Chuck’ will be with us for a full season delivering its loyal, passionate audience.”
It is not yet known how many episodes of Chase were ordered but four additional scripts were ordered for the struggling series, Undercovers.
