Katy Perry is following in the footsteps of Britney Spears. No, I don’t mean getting pregnant by a white trash dude. She’s going to appear on CBS’s How I Met Your Mother. She’ll appear in an episode entitled “Oh Honey”, as Zoey’s (Jennifer Morrison) cousin. Her character, described as a “beautiful, naive girl who the gang resorts to calling ‘honey'” will be a potential love interest for Ted (Josh Radnor).
How I Met Your Mother has been really good this year, following a really down season. The Bad News episode was both really good and shocking. I really enjoyed it. I also wonder if there is anyone out there that doesn’t think Zoey will become Ted’s wife and the mother referenced in the show’s title. With as much air time as she’s been getting and with how much the two characters hate each other, it’s obvious that something is going to develop there.
