Remember in the ’90s when no matter where you went some annoying idiot was quoting and imitating Beavis and Butt-Head? They were later replaced by South Park idiots and then South Park pretty much lost its edge so there has been a void for a couple years. Have no fear. MTV is doing everything they can to make sure you’ll be annoyed by idiots all over again!
MTV confirmed that Beavis and Butt-Head, created by Mike Judge, is returning to the network later this year. The series features two heavy-metal music fans riffing on videos, trying to score with girls and generally just slacking off. Judge voiced the roles of both title characters.
The original series ran from 1993-1997 and was the center of a lot of controversy surrounding its content.
