Michael Vick was scheduled to appear on Oprah on February 24th. It appears the dog-killer/football player no longer wants to show up in front of Oprah’s unsympathetic crowd.
The cancelation was said to be due to personal reasons. His representatives later released a statement on behalf of Vick.
“After careful consideration, I will need to postpone the taping of the Oprah Winfrey interview scheduled for February 22. I admire and respect Oprah and hope to be able to participate in an interview in the future.”
I’m willing to bet that he’ll never reschedule. That’s fine by me. No amount of crying in front of Oprah will change what he did. Yes, he served his time but I doubt that time really changed his flawed perspective towards animals and cruelty.
