British actress Camilla Luddington, who portrayed Kate Middleton in the Lifetime telefilm William & Kate, has landed a role on Showtime’s Californication. She will play a fired nanny who is then hired by Charlie and Marcy in an eight-episode arc.

Meredith Vieira confirmed on the air this morning that she will leave NBC’s Today Show next month and be replaced by Ann Curry. Watch her announcement below.
