The boys of Sons of Anarchy better not hassle the Hoff. That’s right, David Hasselhoff is guest starring on the gritty FX drama where he’ll play, try not to puke, a porn star. Hasselhoff’s character has become a producer and has been given a major career boost by the late Luanne. Expect him to get his hands a bit dirty and get involved with our favorite motorcycle club.

In cased you didn’t really believe the news that Jake Gyllenhaal was going to appear on Man vs Wild, here’s a clip as proof.

USA has ordered Common Law to series. Common Law follows partners Travis Marks (Michael Ealy) and Wes Mitchell (Warren Kole), cops on the Los Angeles Police Department’s homicide team who have issues with each other. In an effort to resolve their conflicts, their captain (Jack McGee) sends Wes, a former lawyer with a passion for cars, gardening and his ex-wife, and Travis, a ladies’ man who once served time in juvenile hall, to couples counseling.

Comedy Central plans to roast Charlie Sheen. Sheen promises it will be epic. The roast will air September 19 at the same time that the new season of Two and a Half Men premieres.

ESPN has finalized a comprehensive 12-year deal for the rights to Wimbledon beginning with next year’s tournament.

Charisma Carpenter will appear on USA’s Burn Notice this summer. She will appear in the 11th episode as Nicki, the trophy wife of a man wanted for working illegally with the Russians.

Fox will preview Simon Cowell’s The X Factor prior to the MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday, July 12 8/7c.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s daughter, Kathleen Kennedy, has been cast opposite Jeff Daniels, Emily Mortimer, and Olivia Munn in HBO’s cable news-based pilot More As This Story Develops.

Stephanie March and Diane Neal are coming back to Law & Order: SVU for an undetermined number of episodes its 13th season.

CNN cancelled Eliot Spitzer’s show The Arena.

A&E has renewed Breakout Kings for a second season.

Jason Priestley and Tony Hale will guest star on an upcoming episode of USA’s Psych this fall. Priestley will play a Harley-riding con man who tries to pull a job at the same spa resort Shawn (James Roday) and Juliet (Maggie Lawson) are staying at for the weekend. While Hale guests as the owner of an imports/exports business who crosses paths with Shawn and Juliet while they are on a lover’s retreat weekend at a spa resort.

Zach McGowan is joining the hit Showtime series Shameless in Season 2 as Karen’s new “friend” Jody.
