Daily: Game of Thrones, Entourage, Burn Notice, Two and a Half Men, and More!

Here’s your Daily for 7/19/2011.

First up, there’s a lot of Game of Thrones casting news. Liam Cunningham will portray Davos Seaworth, a family man and ex-smuggler. He earned the nickname “The Onion Knight” after successfully getting food into Stannis Baratheon’s besieged castle during the war that put Robert Baratheon on the Iron Throne. Stephen Dillane and Carice van Houten have also been cast in the HBO series. Dillane was cast as Stannis Baratheon, the older brother of the late King Robert. van Houten has been cast as Melisandre, an intimidating woman who councils Stannis in his quest to claim the throne.

You probably have to be blind if you didn’t see this coming: NBC has canceled the low-rated series Love Bites. I didn’t even know it was on the air.

Jere Burns will join the cast of USA Network’s Burn Notice in a recurring capacity. Burns will portray Anson Fullerton, a clinical psychologist whose focus in human behavior and experience working with agents proves beneficial to answering Michael’s questions.

Kevin Connolly says that the entire cast wanted there to be more Entourage and that HBO canceled them.

After four seasons as a recurring guest star, Jorja Fox is returning to CSI this fall as a full-fledged series regular.

Rob Lowe portrays accused killer Drew Peterson and Kaley Cuoco plays his fourth wife Stacy in the upcoming Lifetime movie, ‘The Drew Peterson Story.’ Take a look at the first look picture below.

David Ramsey will come on board the CBS drama Blue Bloods this fall as Carter Poole, a liberal community organizer who is known for a soft stance on crime.

Jaime Murray will appear on the second episode of The CW’s The Ringer. She will appear as Olivia, the business partner of Ioan Gruffudd’s Andrew Martin. The role may expand to multiple episodes.

ABC has announced that the premiere of the second season of the dating reality show, Bachelor Pad, will be three hours long. If you ask me, that’s three hours too many.

Meet the Browns’ Logan Browning has joined the cast of The CW’s The Secret Circle as a non-witch who befriends Britt Robertson’s leading lady, Cassie.

CBS has released a promo picture of the Two and a Half Men stars. It’s definitely eye-catching.
